Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your order was received more than 14 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Products must be kept in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service at info@bosco-ie.com before returning any products and carefully read the following policy.
1. Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid but not yet shipped, you may request to cancel it. Transaction fees from the platform or payment provider will be deducted from the refund. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Once the order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return it, please follow the return process.
2. Return Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, fully packaged, and include all original accessories, tags, manuals, and the invoice or order number.
The following products are not eligible for returns: items that have been used, damaged, stained, have odors, missing accessories, or otherwise affect resale.
Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
3. Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to:

Customers must provide photos or videos as evidence to info@bosco-ie.com. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process and offer reimbursement for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to the following reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs:

Personal reasons, such as not liking the product, wrong size, incorrect order, or expectations not met

Wrong address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pick up the package on time
Please note: if the returned package is sent without a trackable shipping method or if the product is damaged or lost due to improper packaging, we cannot assume responsibility or process a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and quality-checked, the refund process will be completed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). The actual arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please follow these steps:

6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted for products with obvious quality issues or damage during shipping, and the replacement item must be the same model and style.
Please provide photos or videos within 48 hours of receipt and email info@bosco-ie.com to request an exchange; late requests will not be accepted.
Exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or color) are at the customer’s expense. Returned replacement products are not eligible for a second exchange.
7. Gifts and Complimentary Items
If your order includes gifts, they must be returned with the product. If gifts are not returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the refund.
If the order was marked as a "gift" at purchase, we will provide the recipient with a gift card of equivalent value after the return. If not, the refund will go back to the original payer.
All gifts are complimentary and not included in the product price. Damaged, lost, or unavailable gifts will not be replaced or compensated.
8. Return Address
The return address must be obtained from customer service. Do not return items without contacting us. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and not refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; we do not accept cash on delivery packages. If the refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If a replacement package is returned, destroyed, or lost due to customer reasons such as incorrect address or delayed pickup, we cannot assume responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
Return shipping times may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
